As predicted it is taking time to get started. Working my way methodically through the wordpress instructions. Next task is to choose a theme which could take a while. I have been looking through the options but there are so many to choose from and I have always found it difficult to make decisions.

I wouldn’t worry too much about this to start with. You can always change later on when you’ve found your feet Find as simple a theme as possible and just get going. Post anything and someone will find you. Ask anyone’s advice and you will be helped. I have only been blogging for just over a year and I am still learning and still can’t do a lot of things but it is great fun and I don’t regret starting. Good luck! Clare 🙂

Hi. I am also a rather new blogger–just having started in January. i agree with what Clare said, to just start with something simple and take off with it. There really is a great community willing and eager to support you and offer help. I look forward to seeing where you go.

I realate to being overwhelmed with all the themes that WordPress offers. It took me awhile to make a decision when I created my blog in 2008. Since then, I have changed two-three times. And, thinking of making a change in 2015 as well. Each time, I made a change, in my opinion, it improved the presentation as well as the orientation through my blog. Good Luck.
